The Cinnamomum zeylanicum comes from Sri Lanka formerly known as Ceylon, hence the name zeylanicum. Cinnamon sticks are the dried bark from branches of this tree, the leaves have a strong scent of cinnamon and have medicinal oil qualities. This tree makes an excellent container tree when grown indoors or in the greenhouse. Grows up to 30 feet. Zone 9b-11. You will be receiving 1 plant between 3 & 8 inches in a 3 inch deep pot.
