Vanilla oleoresin is not an extract. It technically falls into the absolute category, as do others. Notice the term oleoresin. You might notice the term absolute. For those of you doing beauty products, dabbling in aromatherapy, etc–do yourself and other consumers a favour–take classes in aromatherapy. Absolutes DO NOT dissolve in oils.
