I bought it for my African Violet but after a couple of weeks I can tell that it is too much light for the 16 hours it is on. Thereâs only one setting of 16 hours on and then 8 hours off. I think I will probably placed the African Violet next to it where the light is dimmer and then find something else that can tolerate the more intense light.
