Do not expect this to taste like alcohol, you must layer flavors If you are expecting this to have the bite of alcohol, you will be disappointed. It seems that the reason this product is getting bad reviews is because it is not being used the correct way. I feel they are expecting it to takes like vodka, for example, without the alcohol which is not correct. It needs to be used as a base and build the flavors on top of it. Complex, Adult flavor! As someone who can’t drink due to an alcohol allergy this is a godsend! When I make virgin cocktails with this it has a complex adult (not sweet) taste. I think a lot of people who can’t drink will really appreciate this especially when the only virgin options are usually super sugary lemonades/soda etc. The bottle is pricey but so are nicer spirits so I don’t mind, although I do hope more bars/restaurants will stock this as it’s the kind of thing I’d love to order while out.It seems…
