The Aquaphoric passive hydroponic planter waters from a built in aquifer offering many advantages over conventional planters.

FOOLPROOF – Conventional planters must be watered precisely when needed, requiring constant checking for proper plant moisture. It’s so easy with the Aquaphoric planter, just check inside the pot to see if water is needed. No more soggy roots or wilted plants from over or under watering!

LESS EFFORT – Temperature, humidity and wind can cause conventional planters to dry out quickly between water cycles. The Aquaphoric planter is less susceptible to environmental changes, depending on the plant and the surrounding conditions, watering chores are reduced to weeks instead of days

LESS PLANT STRESS – Conventional planters receive water and nutrients haphazardly causing plants to stress. With the Aquaphoric planter there’s a steady supply of water and nutrients so plants consistently grow, resulting in lush leaves, greater yields and abundant flowers.

ROOTS BREATH – Conventional potting soil will compact and get waterlogged over time. The natural fibers of the Fiber Soil are like microscopic straws drawing up water and oxygen to plant roots. Increased oxygen means less over watering problems, the #1 reason for plant failure. Fiber Soil has minimal nutrients, for best results add fertilizer to feed your plants.

EASY SEED STARTING – Place the germination bag over the pot to provide the ideal temperatures and humidity for seed sprouting.

  1. Very happy with my 30 new pots! I ordered these to repot 30 African violet cuttings taken from a very old plant that had gotten leggy and unbalanced. I’m very pleased with how well they function. Following the advice from another reviewer, I made sure I pressed the potting media into the ‘legs’ of the inner pot, so it could wick up to the plant. Its adaquate to water them once per week. The pots are stable and the lime green color looks nice next to the foliage. I like the square-ish shape over a round shape because…

  2. I’d give it a higher review if it didn’t have their logo on the side of the planter. Seriously, it’s large and tacky (the logo). And it’s not attached in a way that can be scraped off. These planters would be a lot more attractive without it or with the logo on the bottom. And I hate how I couldn’t tell from the photos here that there’s a large and tacky logo on the side of the planter. Thankfully, it’s only one side so I always make sure that side faces the window (mine are lined up on my window sill in my kitchen). As for the planter itself, it’s functional and…
